Yuchen  Mao(Bailey)
My name is Yuchen Mao, a graphic designer originally from China. I began my creative journey with product design during my undergraduate studies, but my true passion for visual communication started in my teenage years when I enjoyed creating hand-made journals, drawing small illustrations that represented my personal identity, and experimenting with collage. These early interests laid the foundation for my transition into graphic design, where I now study in the UK.

I describe myself as a 3F girl—a girl focused on feminism, fashion, and freedom. These values are central to my design practice, influencing the way I approach both aesthetics and messaging. I aim to explore themes of empowerment and identity through bold, expressive visuals, and to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also thought-provoking, with a strong emphasis on meaning and social relevance.
